Return Policy
New Item(s) may be return for credit or refund (less shipping and handling fees) + a 20% restocking fee if returned to us within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item(s), *Exception: item(s) received as factory defective will receive a full refund w/o additional charge and/ or may be replaced with similar new production item(s) of the same manufacturer and model #. All non-defective returned item(s) must be received undamaged in the original "New", "Mint", "Near Mint", "Excellent", "Very Good", "Good" ect; condition as stated when sold and include their original factory box and/or accessory. Should an item be returned to us damaged, missing the original factory box and/or accessory, then Adam's Cutlery may or may not elect to compensate or credit you in full, part or at all. All of our items are inspected prior to shipping, any refund(s), credit(s) and/or compensation will be based on the condition we receive your returned item(s). Adam's Cutlery reserves the right to compensate the customer base on Adam's Cutlery sole discretion, you may or may not be offered a full price (less shipping) refund or a prorated price (less shipping) refund. Adam's Cutlery may elect to return your item(s) base on missing parts or damage(s) incurred by you at additional expense, which may include shipping and handling. Credit card fraud is a felony and we aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. In these circumstances the parent or parent's are responsible for their children's credit card charges. This is Credit Card Fraud and will be reported as such.
